2. Services
Asservio provides Linux server management, support, and technology consulting services. Specific scope, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon in individual service agreements or statements of work.
3. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate account and contact information
Grant appropriate access required to perform agreed services
Maintain current backups of critical data (unless backup management is included in your service plan)
Notify Asservio promptly of known issues or changes to your infrastructure
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified.
5. Limitation of Liability
Asservio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, hardware failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on asservio.net is the property of Asservio. Custom scripts, configurations, and automation created for clients remain the client's property upon full payment.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Asservio reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of abuse, non-payment, or illegal activity.

Supported Carriers

Asservio (asservio.net) is committed to fair and transparent billing. This policy describes the conditions under which refunds are issued and how clients can cancel services. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Hourly & Project-Based Services
For hourly consulting, support sessions, and fixed-scope projects:
Work that has been completed and delivered is non-refundable.
If a session is cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours notice, a one-hour minimum charge may apply.
If Asservio is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work, a full or partial refund will be issued based on work completed.
Billing error refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the invoice date.
Monthly Managed Services
For recurring monthly server management plans:
Plans are billed monthly in advance.
You may cancel at any time with a minimum of 14 days written notice before your next billing date.
If you cancel mid-cycle, service continues through the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds are issued.
If Asservio cancels your plan without cause, a pro-rated refund for unused days will be provided.
We respond to all refund and cancellation requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve billing issues quickly and directly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in service suspension.
