SMS Terms of Service

Last updated: June 1, 2025

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Asservio as described below. These terms apply to all SMS communications sent by Asservio.

Message Categories

We send three distinct categories of SMS messages, each requiring separate opt-in consent:

1. Service & Support Messages

Updates related to your active service requests, incident notifications, system alerts, and follow-ups on open support tickets. Frequency: as needed based on active work.

2. Appointment & Scheduling Reminders

Confirmation and reminders for scheduled maintenance windows, consultations, and onboarding calls. Frequency: 1–3 messages per scheduled event.

3. Promotional & Marketing Messages

Occasional updates about new services, special offers, and helpful tips for managing your Linux infrastructure. Frequency: 1–4 messages per month maximum.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Asservio does not charge for SMS messages, but standard carrier rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to unsubscribe from all future messages. You will receive one final confirmation message. After that, no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

You can also opt out by contacting us directly at hello@asservio.net or calling (866) 842-8813.

How to Get Help

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at hello@asservio.net or (866) 842-8813.

Privacy & Data Sharing

No mobile opt-in data or phone numbers will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Your information is used solely to send the messages you have requested from Asservio.

Supported Carriers

Most major Canadian and US carriers are supported, including Bell, Rogers, Telus, Fido, Virgin Mobile, Koodo, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers. Asservio and participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is Not a Condition of Purchase

You are not required to consent to receive SMS messages as a condition of purchasing any service from Asservio. Consent is entirely optional.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our SMS service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
